12 — Evidentiary position
United States deployment evidence — present position
Established
- Named, live customer deployments of Woosmap geofencing delivering personalised, location-triggered offers to consumer devices at volume.
- A deployed click-and-collect workflow in which an automatic action is issued on a combined location and time (ETA) condition.
- Four official integration guides establishing that Woosmap geofence, POI, visit and Zone of Interest events are supplied to customer-engagement platforms with store and user-property fields attached.
- Woosmap's own retail material describing habits, recurrent locations, contextual marketing and location-based push within one retailer architecture.
Strongest combinations
- Phoenix Nhance — the greatest number of architecture elements observed in one named deployment: retailer system, consumer device, retailer location, geographic condition, automatic notification and a retailer-side customer record.
- Click-and-collect / ETA implementations — the only public material establishing a temporal condition operating as the trigger for an automatic action in a live deployment.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Batch integrations — the documented paths carrying the widest event payload, including contact identity and segmentation inputs.
Remaining questions
- Whether previously collected user information is in fact used to select which consumer receives which communication in any named deployment.
- Whether retailer-entered demographic or preferred-recipient criteria are applied in any named deployment.
- Whether any single named deployment brings the geographic condition, the temporal condition and the relevance determination together.
- NO SUFFICIENT PUBLIC U.S. DEPLOYMENT EVIDENCE IDENTIFIED AT THIS STAGE.
Next diligence priority
The single most material outstanding item is a publicly documented United States implementation in which a Woosmap geofence, visit or Zone of Interest event enters a customer-engagement platform and a consumer communication is issued by segmentation or journey logic. A named United States customer disclosure, a United States case study, or an engagement-platform reference describing a United States retailer using the Woosmap connector would each materially advance the analysis. Absent that, the review should not treat any independent claim as established in a United States deployment.
